The view from the hotel is not very appealing, as it overlooks an empty land without any attractions.

Recently built property with spacious, clean rooms. Stylish and comfortable hotel that helped relieve our stress after an unexpected layover. The Executive suite was perfect for our family, with an extra bed provided. Enjoyed a quiet drink and bite to eat in the lounge. Loved the large jacuzzi bath in our room!

The room interior was nice and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the free airport shuttle bus service provided by the hotel. The breakfast options were great, with a lot of variety and even vegetarian options available.
That the TV only had Turkish programs and did not show any English programs. I was disappointed that the hotel did not provide coffee powder or coffee beans for the free coffee machine in the room, and it had to be purchased separately.

This hotel is a luxurious venue, offering exclusive amenities that meet my needs. the Spa & wellness centre is highly recommended, with its public bath, sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room and full body massage that left me feeling rejuvenated. the restaurant serves excellent halal food, and the Buffet breakfast is delicious with a great selection of dishes.
The customer service provided by the employees is a minor issue. Some were unhelpful when I asked questions, but this was countered by the polite bell boy who took good care of my luggage.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, as it was near the airport in a good neighborhood across from StarCity Mall. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a good breakfast and a swimming complex. The cleanliness was great, and the staff was kind and helpful.

Spacious and clean rooms with a roomy bathroom and tub for a relaxing soak. The on-site gym facilities are great, with a big gym and good equipment. The staff, especially Irem at the front desk and Burak from concierge, are excellent and go the extra mile to help. I'll recommend this hotel.
